Do I need to sign up in advance?
Signing up prior to class is suggested but not required. Our class capacities are between 10-14 students depending on the style. You can visit MINDBODY (online or app) to sign up and ensure you have your spot!

Do I need to bring my own mat or props?
Please bring your own mat.
We have many props for you to borrow during class including blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. We provide light weights, small balls and loop bands for our barre fusion classes.

What should I wear to class?
Any clothing that is comfortable for you to move freely. You are welcome to practice barefoot or in socks/grippy socks.
For Dance Sculpt, you are welcome to wear an indoor sneaker/dance shoe if you prefer.

I've never done Yoga before, what class should I take?
Our Gentle Yoga class would be a great place to start! Designed for all levels, this class invites you to explore slow-paced movements and deep breathing.

Can I take class if I have an injury?
If your physician clears you for movement practice, you sure can! PLEASE let your instructor know so they can share modifications for your practice to ensure you are moving as safely as possible.

When should I arrive for class?
We ask that you try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time to ensure you are set up and grounded for practice.
If there is another class ending when you arrive, please feel free to sit in our lobby, make a cup of tea or browse our Wild + Free Boutique.
