Jennifer Perrini
Jen’s classes are playful and exploratory, melding traditional yoga philosophy, dance, fitness, functional movement, and free flow. Each layer of movement offering a way for you to turn off your internal chatter and reconnect to your inner Self. Jen’s classes offer each student the opportunity to find their soft, strong, and also silly.
Alissa Frassetti
Alissa is passionate about sharing Yoga and energy practices. Her classes are healing and magickal - focusing on mindful awareness and the release of tension in the body. Her approach emphasizes deliberate movement and the connection between mind and body. She is also our Reiki Master and is devoted to continuing education on body work and energy exchange.
Lauren Green
Lauren is passionate about helping those find confidence in themselves and their yoga practice. Her classes are inspiring, full of energy and will leave you feeling like your best self. Lauren’s classes allow each student to be themselves unapologetically. Ge reach to feel like your best self on and off the mat!
Camille Passantino
Camille brings her authentic and compassionate energy to each class. You will move mindfully through creative transitions, find strength + balance, and discover the power of breath in both movement and stillness.
Jackie Tempera
Jackie teaches yoga to anyone who is ready to find freedom in their movement, find magic within, and have a f ew giggles along their healing journey.
Stephanie Marder
Stephanie is a lover of dynamic movement, guiding students to find strength and confidence in their bodies. Her classes integrate movement and breath to create connection to the mind, the body and to each other.
