Welcome to Yoga: Six Week Series

Embark on a transformative 6-week journey with our yoga series! These weekly 75-minute classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga. Our program integrates meditation, breath work practice, and detailed asana pose breakdowns, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable entering any yoga class upon completion. Whether you're new to yoga or seeking to deepen your understanding, this series provides a supportive environment to start your practice.

Beginner Choreography Workshop

Let’s get moving and grooving with this fun-filled dance workshop! Learn short choreographed routines to music of all genres that we will perform together at the end.

All are welcome. No dance experience required!

Please bring socks or dance/studio shoes.
